Introduction
Bought from my sister's father-in-law for £200 as an MOT failure in 2018.
It required a new sill, rear brakes & tyres, front springs & a new windscreen. The bonnet was also damaged, so I found an exact colour match on ebay to replace it for £65. Once MOT'd, the car had cost me around £800 & had done less than 70,000 miles.
I've attended many shows with this car over the years, including the Northern Jag Show at Avro, Didsbury & Rochdale. My wife & I have also done the X-type Tour of Wales with this car four times (see scenic picture below) without a hitch.
