Not sure if other GM Region members went, but as I’m always looking for excuses to get out in the jag I took my daughter Jess to Arley Hall ( home of the Peaky Blinders) for the Cheshire Signature Car Show just last weekend and brought memories back of cars that were around when i was growing up in the 70s and 80s.
We went down in the XKR and Jess said “Dad you should have shown it”.
The XJS was the standout car for me whereas Jess loved the 1965 Mustang owned by the same lady for 52 years. For a 61 year old car it was immaculate. I even bumped into a Vauxhall Viva, not literally, which was our family car in the mid to late 70s
