Club Christmas Meal

Event

We are planning to return to Middleton Masonic Hall for our annual Club Christmas Meal in 2026.

Members who have joined us in previous years will remember an enjoyable evening spent in good company, with excellent food

extremely well-presented and at very reasonable value. It has always been a relaxed and sociable occasion, and we are delighted to be planning its return.

All members of the Greater Manchester JEC are warmly invited to attend. If you would like to join us this year, please let our Social Secretary know in good time so that
numbers can be confirmed with the venue.

Provisional Menu

Starters

• Duck & Orange Pâté
  Cognac liqueur, served on rocket leaf salad with caramelised red onion chutney
• or
• Mushroom Soup
  Served with a warm, freshly baked baguette

Main Courses

• Roast Turkey Breast
  Chestnut stuffing, chipolatas wrapped in bacon, seasonal vegetables
• or
• Root Vegetable & Camembert Nut Roast
  Served with ratatouille and new potatoes

Desserts

• Traditional Christmas Pudding
  Served with brandy sauce and redcurrant compote
• or
• Chocolate Orange Gateaux
  Served with cream

Tickets will be available from the club’s Social Secretary, Laurence Jones.
