Following the success of the XJS Soft Tops Club’s 2018 visit to the Isle of Man, Jon Scales and Laurence Jones are organising another tour there across the first May Bank Holiday weekend in 2019. In 2018 a number of Manchester JEC Region members came along with us on our visit, and are again planning to do the same again in 2019.

There are plenty of places to visit on the isle and some great roads to drive around – with beautiful views.
 

Dates are :

• Friday 3rd May – Cross to the Island evening (Star Wars Day)
• Saturday 4th May – Day 1 of the Isle of Man Tour
• Sunday 5th May – Day 2 of the Isle of Man Tour
• Monday 6th May – Cross back to the mainland

 
Over the duration of our visit we should have driven a complete route of the Manx TT circuit, and been able to see many of the preparations for the TT. In 2018 we were able to access to the pit lane for a 💡 Group Photo Opportunity – we will see if we can repeat this in 2019 too
