19th December 2018 – Christmas Meal

We will be having our annual Christmas Meal at the Middleton Masonic Club, home to our monthly meetings, for the first year.
 
Those that attended last year (2017) had a very enjoyable evening, spent in good company.

The Menu for this year is :
 
Duck and Orange Pate
Cognac Liquor served on a rocket leaf salad with caramelised red onion chutney
or
Chef’s Soup of the Day
Served with a warm freshly baked baguette

Roast Turkey Breast
Served with Chipolatas wrapped in bacon
or
Salmon and Leek Parcels
Served with asparagus and a white wine sauce

Christmas Pudding
Served with a brandy sauce and a red currant compote
or
Chocolate Orange Gateau
Served with fresh cream

Mature Cheddar, Brie and Blue Stilton
Served with sweet grapes, crisp celery, savoury biscuits and caramelised onion chutney

Coffee and Mince Pies
